Our Mission

Dr. Bertelsman, a distinguished graduate with honors from Logan University, has been proudly serving the Belleville community since 1992. Renowned for his expertise, he has lectured nationally on a range of clinical and business topics and has contributed to numerous publications. His leadership extends to his role as former president of the Illinois Chiropractic Society, and in 2019, he was honored with the ICS Chiropractor of the Year award. Additionally, Dr. Bertelsman is the co-founder of ChiroUp, an innovative evidence-based software platform that empowers thousands of chiropractors worldwide.

Dr. Steele graduated from Logan University in 2009 before completing a prestigious post-graduate residency at The Central Institute for Human Performance. During this residency, he developed and implemented rehabilitation programs for elite athletes, including members of the St. Louis Cardinals, Rams, and Blues. He is a Diplomate and Fellow of the Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedists (FACO) and serves on the executive board of the Illinois Chiropractic Society. Dr. Steele is also the co-founder of ChiroUp, an evidence-based software platform used by thousands of chiropractors worldwide to enhance patient care and clinical outcomes.

Dr. Brown, a graduate of Logan University, was inspired to become a chiropractor after experiencing remarkable relief from a hamstring injury through chiropractic care during his collegiate football career. Initially skeptical, he quickly found that chiropractic treatment helped him recover, which led him to switch his career path from Physical Therapy to chiropractic. Dr. Brown is passionate about helping patients perform at their best, whether they are athletes or desk workers, by focusing on the body’s function and addressing the root cause of pain.
